is a food manufacturer dedicated to creating delicious gluten free Asian dishes, starting with Gluten Free Sweet and Sour Chicken, Lemon Chicken and Chicken Nuggets. Our food uses natural, non-GMO ingredients. Founder Ivy Lau ("Chinese Supermom"), a mother and successful business owner in Silicon Valley, started on a mission to create tasty Gluten Free Chinese dishes after she was diagnosed glute

n intolerant eight years ago. Her husband and co-founder Mark Ivey strongly encouraged her to develop what would become the new food line. Today Ivy's Garden foods are being sold online (shipped frozen), and will later be distributed through food retailers and other channels (you can accelerate matters by asking your favorite store to carry our line). Other gluten free Asian dishes will be announced in coming months.
