Grenade The Gr***de story is one of roll-your-sleeves-up hard work and a commitment to doing things better – in other words, the ‘Get S**t Done’ approach.

Gr***de is a market-leading sports performance and active nutrition brand, offering a selection of award-winning high protein, low sugar products including bars, drinks, shakes, and performance nutrition. Founded in 2010 by Alan and Juliet Barratt, their mission was simple – to create memorable, functional and great-tasting products that exceed label claims and go beyond the seen-it-all-before sports nutrition stereotypes. It’s this commitment that’s seen Gr***de appear in The Sunday Times’ Fast Track Top 100 for seven consecutive years since 2014. Today, Gr***de’s Carb Killa is the UK’s best-selling protein bar, while the company continues to innovate with it’s leading range of drinks, shakes, and performance nutrition. Fuelling everyone from elite athletes and military personnel to life athletes looking for healthier choices that don’t compromise on taste, Gr***de exports to more than 50 countries and is headquartered in Bournville, UK.
