Rich, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth fudge made in just minutes — the easiest holiday treat ever! ❤️

Ingredients:

2 cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, crushed candy canes

Instructions:

Line an 8Ă—8 pan with parchment paper.

Add chocolate chips + condensed milk to a saucepan.

Warm over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth.

Ingredients

3–4 lb beef chuck roast

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)

Honey Balsamic Sauce

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (or low-sodium)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Optional Veggies

Baby potatoes, carrots, or pearl onions

Instructions

Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

(Optional) Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil, 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.

Place roast in the crockpot; add veggies if using.

Whisk all Honey Balsamic Sauce ingredients and pour over the roast.

Cook:

LOW: 8–9 hours (best)

HIGH: 4–5 hours

Shred or slice. Spoon sauce over the top.

Ingredients

2 cups large marshmallows

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1 large egg

Oil for frying

Optional Coating

Powdered sugar

Cinnamon sugar

Chocolate sauce or caramel for dipping

Instructions

Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.

In another bowl, whisk milk and egg.

½ cup melted butter

Strawberry Swirl

1½ cups strawberry pie filling or thick strawberry sauce

Topping

Whipped cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Mix red velvet crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into pan.

Bake crust 10 minutes, then cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour.

Pour cheesecake batter over crust.

1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or thawed & drained)

2 tbsp flour (to coat fruit)

Optional Glaze (Highly Recommended!)

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp pineapple juice or milk

½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3–4 minutes).

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Add dry ingredients to batter alternately with sour cream.

Stir in vanilla.

3 tbsp water

10 egg yolks

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Caramel: In a pan, heat sugar and water until golden. Quickly pour into llanera or baking dish. Swirl to coat.

Flan Mixture: Gently whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Avoid bubbles.

Strain mixture and pour over caramel.

Cover with foil. Steam for 30–40 minutes or bake in a water bath at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes.
