We as men must hold eachother accountable… just this week both of my best friends became over 211lbs sure a little bit of it is fat but that’s not the point after being friends with me for over 10 years they both still go to the gym don’t do drugs don’t drink alcohol both have great jobs both eat semi healthy… you set the standard and you set the bar for your friends… sure both don’t want to compete like me both weren’t coaches like me and both don’t own businesses… but both still strive to be a better man each and everyday… a lot of men are going through many depressive states alone… many nights alone thinking and being so angry at themselves because they aren’t happy with how they look happy how they feel and happy of who they have grown to be because they chose to be around men who weren’t real men… self development is so crucial as a man to be successful and to lead … if you can develop your self you can develop. I’d say from my 18years of working out only top 10 Olympia bodybuilding and some classic guys with great coaches know how to properly workout efficiently… I’ve seen and met a lot of bodybuilders in my lifetime and a lot of them rely on PEDs being a natural and drug free athlete I had to learn the hard way and spend over $5,000+ on coaches one on ones and personal trainers to learn what I’d learn and I don’t regret any of it! Education and experience and hands on training is how you become a legend
