Hi there! We are looking for excited and motivated people to join our Nuoc Mia Ninh Kieu team part time during the weekdays.

Job Responsibilities include:
-pressing juice, prepping produce, and keeping the facilities clean.
-Must be eager to learn and can take direction well.
-Excited to work with a team to help make a great cup of juice for your guests!
-Restaurant experience preferred
-Proficiency in the Vietnamese language preferred

Hey everyone! We were recently part of an article by San Jose Spotlight detailing how COVID has affected Grand Century Shopping Mall, small businesses, and the greater Vietnamese community. Since then, the article has gained traction and the outpour of support and concern from you all these last couple weeks has been nothing short of amazing. We're glad that we're able to help spread awareness on what many small businesses in the Bay Area are going through.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for coming out and supporting us and enjoying our fresh sugarcane, fruit, and veggie juices. Despite everything that's going on, we are hanging in there and that's all because of you. We are so grateful to be a part of such a compassionate and caring community.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out during Lunar New Year weekend to support us and to grab a cup of fresh sugarcane juice. We will be closed Monday 2/15 to Wednesday 2/17 to get ready for the year ahead. We will reopen Thursday 2/18 and resume our typical operating hours 11am-4pm. COVID UPDATE: today on Wednesday, 9/2/2020, we're officially open indoors once again for takeout. Open daily 11a-4p, inside the Grand Century Shopping Mall food court. Thank you all for your ongoing support and patience during these crazy times!!

Hi friends! We hope you all have been well with everything that's been going on in CA this week, please stay safe and healthy.

As you might know, Grand Century Mall (the mall in which we are located) is opening starting today, Monday August 31; however, state regulations are still enforcing that food courts can not yet open as usual due to Coronavirus risk. So, we will still be open daily 11a-4p outside at the side parking lot for takeout! We cannot yet take orders inside the mall so if you're craving some fresh sugarcane juice, come 'round outside to get your fix.

Wash your hands often, wear your masks, and social distance y'all! Stay safe and see you real soon 🙌
