As you grow…every small business is discussing and making decisions no one sees…

All the key players come together and discuss what’s next…by key players I mean ME, the CEO, CFO, Marketing Manager (she’s about to be fired), Customer Service Rep (she’s on thin ice with her delayed responses), Planner, Buyer..etc (you get it rigth…😆)

What can we do to still profit, maintain our level of product quality and continue to grow in this economy we are currently in!

Raise prices?
Cut quality by choosing less expensive and therefore less quality product?
OR work more myself and save on payroll fees?

I chose option three.

So lately I’ve been a little more hands-on again to keep our quality the same without spiking prices. Yes..sounds like free labor but the reality is with experience I’m faster at doing some of these things. I have more flexibility on when I can go in and prep/work and it keeps me close to the fire to allow me to further enhance our procedures and ex*****on.

All this to say…
