1 (21 oz) can of lemon pie filling
Directions:

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and creamy.

This warm and cheesy dip is so perfect with fresh tortilla chips. I love to serve this at parties and on game days.
Espinaca Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
16 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes (two 8-ounce blocks)
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream (1 cup)
29 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies, drained (two 14.5-ounce cans)
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, and squeezed dry
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 cup 2% milk, add more if needed
1/4 cup jalapeno, chopped, to desired heat (most online sites recommend ½ cup – I use about ¼ cup)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot.
Heat through until melted and well combined.
Serve with tortilla chips or strips.
Notes:
Be sure not to overcook this. One or two hours in the crockpot should do it. Then turn the crockpot to warm.
This dip is also good with veggie dippers.

1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
1/2 cup thinly sliced beef or steak tips (cooked)
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional, for a slight Tex-Mex touch)
Salt, to taste
Marinara or cheese sauce (queso), for dipping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the surface of the pizza dough.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded provolone (or mozzarella) over the dough.
Add thinly sliced beef, spreading it evenly over the dough. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and salt on top.

1/2 cup milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: garlic powder or other seasonings
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the ground beef with chopped onions in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish.
