Our orchard is officially OPEN for U-Pick, and the Galas are ready! Crisp, sweet, and even more fun to pick this year with our NEW treetop apple pickers! 🙌🏼

Grab a picker from the barrel, reach for those perfect apples up high, and fill your basket straight from the trees. 🍎🌳

There’s nothing quite like the start of apple season at the Barn, and we can’t wait to celebrate it with you! ❤️

Always grateful to have our community come out and lend a helping hand! ❤️🌾

A HUGE thank you to the Nipomo High School ⚡️ football team members who joined us for our annual Hay Maze Creation Day! 💪🏼
It takes a whole lot of hard work, strong hands, teamwork, and plenty of hay bales to bring our BIG maze to life each year, and we couldn’t do it without this amazing crew!

The maze is officially taking shape, which can only mean one thing…fall at the Barn is right around the corner! 🍎🍂🚜

We can’t wait to watch families get lost, laugh, explore, and make memories in it all season long. Stay tuned- the maze will be open very soon!

Now booking Golden Hour Sunflower Mini Sessions at Avila Valley Barn! 📸✨

Come spend the day with us at our Apple & Sunflower Jubilee, then come back as the sun begins to set for golden hour photos in the sunflower field! 🍎🌻

For Jubilee weekend, August 29 & 30, we’re teaming up with San Luis Obispo Photographer ✨ Kristi Disselhorst and Mel Graham for exclusive sunset mini sessions among the sunflowers.

✨ $150 per session includes:
🌻 20-minute golden hour photo session
🌻 Up to 5 people
🌻 25+ professionally edited digital images
🌻 A mix of natural, candid & gently posed photos
🌻 Exclusive evening access to the sunflower field during your session

Space is extremely limited- only 6 groups per evening between our two photographers! These will fill up fast!

Little touches of fall are starting to fill the corners of the farm, and these new autumn wreaths have definitely caught our eye! 🍂 Gorgeous golden yellows, sprigs of wheat and lavender, dried apples and oranges, cinnamon sticks- how do you even choose?! 😍

These beauties won’t last long, so consider this your sign, it’s time to start decorating for the season! 🍎🍁
