I’ve been experimenting with the Tocino pork and I have to say, learning from your friend’s Filipino grandmother is the way to go! As the saying goes “don’t fix it if it ain’t broken”. We’re not reinventing the wheel , just refining while respecting the history and the love for each dish .

We’ve got some irons in the fire currently. Working our way back to where it all began by supporting not only everyone who wants to eat healthy and enjoy each meal, but also our athlete driven performance dishes. High protein, healthy carbs and fats . Another addition we’re working on to better serve every walk of life .

Another Graduation week end in the books!!! I couldn’t be any more proud of my crew for pulling through such a challenging time that tested us to our core!

We had 4 events on top of production to execute over the span of 4 days . We had an amazing dinner at the w**e bar that went late into the evening, an epic brunch party the following morning mid production, into a last minute bahn mi and cookie drop off for our good friends final send off .

I would wonder how we made it all happen, but the truth is the team showed up, locked in and we handled business . I couldn’t be anymore proud of them for having my back during this time, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of our client’s that trusted us with their culinary needs . A big THANK YOU to everyone involved that helped make this week end happen. 🙏🏼
