Another Graduation week end in the books!!! I couldn’t be any more proud of my crew for pulling through such a challenging time that tested us to our core!

We had 4 events on top of production to execute over the span of 4 days . We had an amazing dinner at the wine bar that went late into the evening, an epic brunch party the following morning mid production, into a last minute bahn mi and cookie drop off for our good friends final send off .

I would wonder how we made it all happen, but the truth is the team showed up, locked in and we handled business . I couldn’t be anymore proud of them for having my back during this time, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of our client’s that trusted us with their culinary needs . A big THANK YOU to everyone involved that helped make this week end happen. 🙏🏼

ALL CLIENTS PLEASE READ!!! We have TWO deliveries left in 2024 ! Our final delivery will be Tuesday December 16th, and will resume Tuesday January 6th.

Be sure to stock up on these last two menus so you’re fully loaded and prepared . The beauty of the meals being vacuum sealed is they freeze extremely well. No freezer burn, ice retention and can be heated from frozen to HOT in 6-8 minutes using our “sous vide” method .

New menu with the correct date . Apologies for the previous error, and I also forgot what mumbojumbo I was spewing about seasons and comfort food so let’s try again.

With the holidays upon us , we are dishing out (no pun) some comforting goodness with these ones . Comfort food should attempt to invoke a memory of simpler times surrounded by the ones you love . Maybe it’s your grandma, maybe it’s a birthday dish your mom would make for you annually. Either way food contains a component of love and care that transports you back somewhere you felt safest . We hope these dishes (or all of our dishes) activate that memory bank for you to cash out on.

We’ve got some sweater weather creeping in (que the neighbourhood🎶) and with that in mind some dishes to roll with it . A CMK favorite with a new twist on our chicken tortilla soup. Inspired by the “Sopa de ajo” from the infamous villa creek days . You won’t be disappointed in this one, or in us… or maybe just in me but hey, you can join my parents on that one, so what’s new right?🥲

Well good afternoon! We have another menu up and running on the website for next weeks delivery . Still riding this high from the pho we meticulously put together and savoring the 7,000 tastes I did to make sure it was spot on👌🏼. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I loved building it… sip by sip, spice by spice, a pinch of salt here, a dab of fish sauce there… for 2 days straight 🫠. You WILL taste the love !

What a ⛈️⚡️show we had last night ! To say it had quite the influence on our menu for next week is an understatement .

It’s been a long while since we’ve put PHO on the menu, but the timing just feels right. We know that nasty bug is going around , and who doesn’t want warm broth to sip on while in recovery mode? Or all the nutrients it supplies to keep your immune system healthy. Either way you’re going to LOVE this one!
We may even have extra pho broth for sale while supplies last . We’ll see what happens !
