The delightful folks at Growing Grounds Farm in Santa Maria and Growing Grounds Downtown in SLO will be selling plants galore. Both are amazing programs of Transitions-Mental Health Association, and all proceeds from plant sales go to TMHA. They will be here selling over 35 varieties of beautiful tomatoes along with an abundance of other veggie starts and ornamental plants for your garden.

Even though our website says we’re sold out, we do have oil.
We just don’t have labels. California has a new law prohibiting
a certain ingredient in the printing of food labels.
Our printer is still trying to overcome that hurdle.
So we have some temporary labels that aren’t as pretty
as our usual ones but the oil is just as delicious.
$1 off each bottle/tin for the lack of beautiful label.

Annual Tomato Fandango!!!
Fundraiser for Transitions Mental Health Assoc.

April 13 & 14 from 11 to 4.

It's time to get your vegetable garden planted, and this event is the place to find all the plants you need. Transitions Mental Health Assoc. will be here with truckloads of tomato plants and veggie starts.

We had no crop this fall, so our supply of olive oil is limited. Don't let that stop you from coming, though. There will be lots of other local products to choose from.

It looks like the rain will end by early morning tomorrow, and we’re all geared up for a fabulous weekend. The Transitions Mental Health team has brought in hundreds, if not thousands, of plants. They’re determined not to sell out this year, but we hope that they do.

We’re excited to announce that Larry Kandarian from Kandarian Organic Farms will be joining us for the Fandango. He grows ancient grains and seeds in Los Osos. Check out his web site at kandarianorganicfarms.com.

Other changes to the Fandango have to do with circumstances beyond the control of two of our vendors. If you want chocolate, come Saturday. Tropical Chocolates will only be here on Saturday.

The biggie is no pizza. Craig from Refiner’s Fire Woodfired Pizza has been called out of town and won’t be able to be with us.

A gathering to celebrate the
New Oil at Tiber Canyon Ranch.

Olio Nuovo means "new oil" in Italian. This unique, seasonal oil is available only in November and December each year. It is the freshest the oil can be - right from the press and containing the most antioxidants and polyphenols. Its vibrant, intense, fresh flavor and almost creamy texture will fade over time, so it's meant to be enjoyed right now during the holiday season.

Come sample dishes featuring Tiber Canyon Olio Nuovo, the short-lived, feisty flavors of the new olive oil as it is fresh from the olive mill.

We'll also be showing our Lux Redux line of lamps. In our studio here at Tiber Canyon we transform vintage lamp parts from bygone eras by combining them with beautiful handblown glass elements. The end results of this restyling of various elements are playfully elegant lamps that will brighten your decor.
