Rancho El Chorro Outdoor School is "hands-on learning" - environmental education at its best - and the Rancho El Chorro staff has been providing it for over 40 years. More than 250,000 school children have enjoyed and benefited from the Rancho El Chorro facilities and program, and have left with a new sense of wonder of the natural world.

With over 100 years combined experience in providing outdoor education on the central coast, both San Luis Obispo County Office of Education and Kern County Superintendent of Schools, are proud to partner in continuing to offer hands-on outdoor environmental education opportunities. In collaboration, Camp K.E.E.P. looks forward to serving students kindergarten through twelfth grade, providing day and residential programs that explore the unique and diverse ecosystems on the Central Coast and at the beautiful Rancho El Chorro Conference Center Campus.
