Autumn Cake Design I’m Autumn, a self-taught baker, turned professional baker and food photographer. I deeply fell in loving with baking right away.

I moved from China to the US in 2009, before then I never used an oven and knew nothing about cake decoration. I found that I can easily copy beautiful cakes or cookies I found on the internet but I am not satisfied with just that. I moved forwards to create cakes/cookies of my own, which is a style of combination of Asian, French, and American desserts. It is my passion to create something lovely

, delicious, and cheerful. I would stay in kitchen all day and night, and try everything I can to achieve a design that I love. I am specialized in making customized cookies with royal icing decoration and making cakes with buttercream decoration. I am also looking forwards to any challenging projects. My cookies/cakes are made from scratch using real and premium ingredients. I’d like to adjust my recipes to accommodate your preference of sweetness, texture, and flavor. It is my pleasure to help my clients bring the most stunning cakes/cookies to their special occasions.

Creating this cake brought me immense joy. I spent several days crafting the vision in my head. As I engaged with the cake, a bond formed, and my attachment to it grew, akin to cherishing a child. Inspired by wedding color palettes and the elegance of minimalist bridal attire, I conceived this design. Credit to for providing amazing inspirations.
I embarked on the exploration of achieving the peach color with fondant, delicately rolling it out and witnessing beautiful patterns unfold, bringing me continual surprises. This process of creation, from nothing to something, remains endlessly fulfilling; no amount of time spent feels tiresome.
I am profoundly grateful for the exquisite colors, nuanced emotions, and incredible talents that enrich our world. Thank you for trusting me to create this beauty.
