Kacey Cakes was Co-foundedby Kacey and Bryan in late 2014. Kacey began working with local vegan restaurants in 2013. Since then, she has worked with companies such as Bliss Cafe and New Earth Health Cafe, where she created recipes and food products such as: pies, cakes, pastries, protein bars, probiotic kefir, cultured cheeses and yogurts. Kacey now works as a raw dessert chef and vegan/raw food e

ducator. Kacey teaches culinary classes in vegan cooking and raw food prep at the Central Coast Culinary Institute in San Luis Obispo. Bryan brings the business mind to Kacey Cakes. He has worked for and consulted many small businesses on growth, customer acquisition and marketing and advertising. He is a Cal Poly Graduate with an education in Business and Marketing. He is responsible for media creation, marketing and advertising and helping to grow the business. Kacey and Bryan named their business Kacey Cakes because that was Kacey's childhood nickname. Together they make and sell handcrafted desserts,cakes, and treats by special order for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and special events. As well, they sell their mini cakes in many cafes and markets in California.
