HUGE shoutout to Mr. Brett and the entire SCA team for putting on an incredible event in honor of Big Lou! 🔥❤️

We had an amazing time, but the best part was seeing everyone come together. That’s what BBQ is all about—great food, friendly competition, lifelong friendships, and a family that shows up for one another.

The BBQ community is something special, and events like this are a reminder that it’s about so much more than what happens on the grill.

Thank y’all for having us and for putting together such an unforgettable event in honor of Big Lou. ❤️

I threw the Lifespace 17.5” Stainless Steel BBQ Griddle on the cowboy pit and put it straight over the fire for some LIVE-FIRE SMASHBURGER TACOS! 🤠🔥
