The Provincial Government of Quirino (PGQ) will launch the opening of Q-LiFE Processing Center and Quirino Cattle Breeding Center (QCBC) through an Inauguration Ceremony on June 01, 2023 at the Capitol Gymnasium, Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Ribbon Cutting, Commemorative Photo Taking and Tour will follow at the Q-LiFE Building in San Marcos, Cabarroguis, and at the QCBC in Dungo, Aglipay after the program.
These above structures are integral components of the Quirino Integrated Rural Development Projects (QIRDP) – a partnership project of the Philippines and South Korea, through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the PGQ, to ensure the complete value chain formation of agricultural products in the province.
This special milestone will be graced by Mr. Kim Dosuk - Third Secretary, Korean Embassy; representatives from KOICA Philippines: Mr. Kim Eunsub - Country Director, Mr. Lee Takgun - Asst. Country Director, Mr. Lee Deuk Seong - Construction Manager and Ms. Leny Amparo – Program Officer; Dr. Won-Hee Lee – President, Hankyong National University, members of Project Management Consultancy headed by Dr. Hwang Seong-gu- Project Manager, Regional and Provincial Directors of partner agencies from DENR, DA, DOST, DTI, DOT, NEDA, COA and DILG; President of State Universities and SDS; Provincial, Municipal and Barangay LGU officials; Project Management Team, and QIRDP project-beneficiaries.
