Join us for an island-inspired summer evening at Michi Brew Co. featuring food from MabuHi, live music by Ho‘Okani, hula with SD Hula, tiki art from Ken Ruzic, and a special Michi beer release.

One year of Michi Brew Co.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out for our anniversary party last Saturday and made it such a special day. From the collab beers with our brewery friends, to the families helping behind the scenes, to our guests who continue to show up and support us week after week… we’re beyond grateful.

What started as an idea has turned into a real community, and that means everything to us.

We’re proud of what we’ve built so far and even more excited for what’s ahead. Thanks for being part of year one with us. 🍍🌴

Style: DDH West Coast IPA - 6.7% ABV — “KRESS-ent”

The Legend of: Lake Crescent — Olympic Peninsula, Washington, USA

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Craft Coast Beer & Tacos, Crescent is a DDH West Coast IPA that unfolds in layers. Bright white grape and tropical fruit lead the way, followed by mixed berry and subtle strawberry, all built on a clean, crisp foundation. A firm, resinous bitterness anchors the finish, with hints of pine and dank character adding structure and depth.

Clean, sharp, and quietly complex — a reflection of waters that hold more than they reveal.

Hidden deep within the Olympic Peninsula, Lake Crescent is known for its stillness and striking clarity — cold, dark waters where little life stirs and submerged forests remain frozen in time. Quiet, pristine, and almost otherworldly, it’s a place that feels untouched — where depth and silence define its character.
