Ollie’s Market is one of those small businesses that feels very San Marcos.

This independently owned neighborhood market focuses on local sourcing, fresh ingredients, and creating a community-centered space that’s equal parts grocery store, café, and quick stop for good food.

Inside, you’ll find produce, pantry staples, meats, dairy, grab-and-go sandwiches, soft serve, matcha, cold brew, sweets, and other carefully selected local goods.

The shop was opened by San Marcos residents Eli and Natalie Zablosky and named after their son, Oliver. And instead of trying to feel like a giant chain store, the whole idea behind Ollie’s is intentionally small, local, and personal.

It’s a place where you can grab after-school snacks, pick up dinner ingredients, get a sandwich and coffee, or just stop in and see what’s new.
