Many guests have asked what that odd structure in the back chicken pasture is about. Well it’s a chicken salad bar, of course ;-) On the menu today is Einkorn wheat grass. Our small farm doesn’t have enough land to do rotational grazing, especially in the summer when the field grasses dry out. So we get creative in order to ensure our girls still get their pasture greens.
