We are proud to share that the California Association of W**egrape Growers (CAWG) has named J. Lohr Vineyards & W**es its 2027 Grower of the Year.

CAWG’s highest honor recognizes excellence in w**egrowing, sustainability and innovation. This recognition reflects the Lohr family’s longstanding commitment to caring for the land, advancing sustainable w**egrowing and supporting the broader California w**egrape community. It is also a testament to the dedication and expertise of our entire team.

In 2011, CAWG honored J. Lohr founder Jerry Lohr with its Lifetime Achievement Award for his many contributions to California’s w**e industry. It is especially meaningful to now have J. Lohr recognized as Grower of the Year as we continue building upon his vision and agricultural legacy. The award will be presented on January 26, 2027, during the Unified W**e & Grape Symposium in Sacramento.
