So yes I understand Mortadella of a fancy name for Italian Bologna…but this was heavenly. I cold proofed the dough for two days adds to the flavor. Used our Heirloom Tomato Sous Salt. Tossed the arugula with our Porcini mushroom Sous Salt🧡
