Vineyard update. We are in the middle of the growth season… fruit set is over and version is around the corner. Cells are multiplying in each individual grape. Once verasion begins the cells will not multiply but get larger in size filling with liquid and ripening to the perfect sugar content (hopefully). We call this the “lag phase” if you will. The year has flown by! Yikes!
