Founded in 2007, this boutique winery makes high quality Bordeaux style blends and straight varietals of Malbec and Petit Verdot. Most of the grapes are grown on the estate here in the Paso Robles AVA.

Harvest 2026 is here! We brought in 1.5 tons of beautiful viognier yesterday, a surprise take. We knew this year would be early, but this takes the record. Whites and rosés are our longest days - we pick, process, and press in the same day. With the heat this year, it’s going to be a challenge keeping everything cool enough (dry ice - and cold beer - is our best friend!).
Last year, we were trying to keep everything warm enough…

It’s happening. Veraison is here - at least in our ! Once we start turning purple, it’s about 45-60 days to harvest. I’m not ready, but then, am I ever?! Here we go!

sensoriopaso is truly amazing! I just went again (for my 3rd time, my first was during COVID, it just gets better!). If you haven’t been yet, I recommend it. If you’ve been, but it’s been awhile, it’s worth a revisit.
They have wine to drink as you wander - would love to have my wines on the list! Pretty sure we can see this oak tree from our vineyard 😉
