THE 100 MINDSET

One problem does not mean one answer.
In the kitchen, the first attempt doesn't always work. A sauce breaks. A plate doesn't look right. A technique fails. A plan needs to change.

That's not the end of the work. That's information.

Every mistake gives you information. Every attempt builds your judgment.

Growth doesn't come from getting everything right the first time. It comes from thinking again, asking again, adjusting, learning, and trying another way.

When you're given responsibility, own it. Don't spend your energy finding 100 reasons why something cannot be done. Use that energy to search for 100 ways to make it work.

CAN DO. MUST COMPLETE.

Not because success is guaranteed, but because commitment means staying with the problem, learning from each attempt, and continuing to look for a better solution.

1 PROBLEM. 100 POSSIBILITIES.

Keep thinking. Keep trying. Find the way.

A culinary professional doesn't just cook.

They plan. They plate. They serve. They adapt. They create experiences.

Our students stepped into every role at a private event and proved that great hospitality happens when you're willing to do whatever the moment requires.
From the kitchen to the dining room, they nailed it. 🍽️✨

Today we celebrate more than graduation.
We celebrate growth, long nights, teamwork, resilience, and the passion our students brought into the kitchen every single day.

The chef coat taught the skills.
The graduation gown celebrates the journey.

From classroom lessons to real kitchen pressure, our students pushed forward with discipline, creativity, and heart.

To all our graduates: keep creating, keep learning, and keep leading. The industry is waiting for your flavor, your story, and your talent.

Congratulations, Class of 2026.
We’re proud of you. 👨‍🍳🎓✨

Going away for summer break… but still have too much milk left in the fridge? 🥛☀️

Instead of wasting it, turn it into a quick kitchen buttermilk substitute you can freeze and use later.

Today our culinary students had the opportunity to visit and experience firsthand how premium meat and seafood distribution operates behind the scenes.

Founded in Chicago in 1893, has built a long-standing reputation for supplying high-quality USDA Prime beef, seafood, and specialty proteins to steakhouses, restaurants, hotels, and chefs across the country.

For our students, this was more than just a tour. It was a chance to understand sourcing, quality standards, handling, distribution, and the journey ingredients take before reaching the kitchen. Seeing the industry from the supplier side helps connect classroom learning with the real culinary world.

Thank you to the Allen Brothers team for welcoming our students and sharing your knowledge and passion with the next generation of culinarians.

Great cooking starts long before the stove is turned on. 🔪🐟🥩📦
