SALES POLICY
By entering into a sale, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations and Deposits:

-BUCK KIDS-
Since not every buckling needs to grow up to be a buck, very few males will leave our farm intact with our herd name attached. We are breeding to conform to and better the breed standard, so buck kids leaving our farm intact will be evaluated many times in order to inspect and assure the quality is there and is worthy of leaving as a buck. Buck reservations will be rare.

Reservations can be made via email. Be sure to let me know if you’re interested in a specific breeding and what you’re looking for in purchasing a goat from us. At the time of reservation, there is no charge. After kids are born, I will be contacting people as I go down on the reservation list. If a person passes, the next one is contacted. If you decide on purchasing the animal, then a deposit must be sent to hold the animal.

A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any goat. The deposit is 50% of the sale price and the animal will not be held without us having received the deposit or full payment. In the event that something happens to the animal you placed a deposit on while in our care, your deposit can either be refunded or applied another available animal of your choice.

All sales are final. Once an animal leaves our property, the animal is out of our care and out of our hands, therefore it is the new buyer’s responsibility. No guarantees of any kind will be given and no refunds on animals that have left the property will be allowed.

Payment is accepted in the forms of cash, venmo, and paypal. Checks are not an acceptable form of payment at this time.

Pickup and Transport:

We will hold an animal for up to 8 days after the agreed pickup date. After that, if not contacted and agreed on another pickup date arrangement, the animal will be placed back up for sale and any deposit received will be forfeited.

If a transporter is being used, it is at the buyer’s expense.

Registration and Applications:

All goats sold as registered will come with applications to register or their original certificates and signed transfers. The buyer is responsible for all transfer and registration fees.
