Comfort food is good any time of the year if it is done right. Chef did this Chicken Parmesan right! Lightly breaded chicken breasts are fried to perfection. Add a Pomodoro sauce made with tomatoes from the garden, Fresh Mozzarella, shaved Parmesan over a bed of our house made Spinach Fettuccine. Just don’t plan on doing much after eating it, you are going to want to get comfortable on the couch……..
