Excited to see New York State hops and grains arrive at the brewery today! I'll brew a NYS Belgian 1x this weekend, we'll unveil at our tasting in a month or so. We'll post the tasting date soon!

Productive day of harvesting. Thanks to Stodolka Farm and their harvester we were able to harvest the centennial and cascades and fill the kiln.
