Unexpected suprise this morning 🤣 I’d been in contact with the freight company and it was loaded Thursday night coming out of Mississippi really didn’t expect a Terre haute based driver to get the load and do a full send but we are here for it an he’s the best driver we have had yet!! Did it in half the time and had snow drifts!!

The good lord taketh, the good lord giveth… sums up our 2025 year!!!

We lost our Scooter! Born on Hallie’s birthday 2024, shoulda died but i didn’t give up and he survived!! He bloated and then passed early NYE morning! He was an 800 lb puppy dog that will be missed!!

After finding him I went about my chores and found a goat going to kid soon (discharge visible) we had kids on the ground at 8 & 830 both bucks spunky and healthy!!

We may have set expectations a little high this year for the NYE party everyone got to see them born and then go see them!

Onto 2026 Happy New Year!!!

Noodles are in full swing!!

I can’t say thank you enough to everyone who placed an order!!!

Today alone we made 17 batches of noodles!!

We have a total of 94 POUNDS of noodles to make!

We will finish up tomorrow with 8 batches to go! (Idk how many lbs that is he figured it up and that’s what I went with🤣)

😋Flavor Information!
My recipe calls for water to combine the dough I replace the water with broth to combine the dough for a more flavorful dough, but not over powering!!
🥘You will cook them like normal in the broth or stock of your choice!
