We are now taking pre-orders for beef! $1200 for a quarter, $2400 for a half, $4500 for a full cow. We will typically have cows ready within 3 months of your order June-December. We do not butcher during the winter and spring. Humanely raised, grain finished but still on pasture. We can also custom raise to most specifications *except* organic, starting at $7500 per cow. Please keep in mind that from birth-processing is about an 18 month process for grain finished, which is how we usually raise them, or 24 months for grass-fed only, and could be longer depending on what you want.
PLEASE NOTE: Humanely raised does mean they will probably have had antibiotics at some point in their life. I do not believe in letting a sick cow suffer for any reason. They are all raised with care, compassion, and a minimum of stress, which is far more important for good meat.
