Please accept our apologies for not updating this page sooner. After 2 weeks of being open by appointment, as a result of a spike in COVID-19 cases and the subsequent order by our governor re-imposing restrictions on Tourism and other businesses, we decided to close again at least through August 31. We will reevaluate our status at that time.

Effective March 18, 2020, Hollywick Farms is closed to visits and tours. In light of the highly contagious outbreak of coronavirus we feel it is important to comply with local, state and federal guidelines in the attempt to curb the spread of this disease. This closure is in effect at least until April 1, 2020, but may be extended depending on local conditions and the nationwide trend in contagion. For current information on our farm hours, please call the farm at 505-286-1172 and listen to our message. You can also find our hours by searching for Hollywick Farms on Google and Yelp. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to resuming normal operation when the situation is under control.

It is with great sadness that we report the loss of our girl Moonshadow to natural causes yesterday, February 19th, 2020. Moonshadow was the leader of the pack in her paddock from the time we brought her to the farm in 2010. She gave us one offspring, daughter Moonbeam, a beautiful girl who we lost prematurely to an illness at 13 months. Moonshadow had a mind of her own and definitely did NOT like to be handled; but we really enjoyed her spirit.
