Sweet Laverne (Vernie) giving us her delicious milk. We weaned her 7 month old baby a couple weeks ago and have been milking her lightly to prevent mastitis while she dries off. I think she is enjoying all the extra love and of course the good snacks. We are loving all the milk. 🥰

It has been a busy few weeks around here. 5 healthy calves and mama cows doing wonderfully! Unfortunately they are ALL bull calves. 😢 Not sure what the plan is, but for now we are happy to love on them and watch them grow. We have about 4 more cows that are due in the next few weeks and maybe into September. Would love to see at least one little girl. 😊
