The Selkirk Ranch is all about small family ranching and the production of top quality certified organic grass fed/finished beef. Our animals are humanely raised on our ranch in between the beautiful mountains of North Idaho.

2026 Availability Announcement

Happy Spring from the ranch!

This is our 2026 annual beef availability announcement. This spring has been excellent for our grass and our cattle. Our quality cannot be beat.

As we announced last year, we will ONLY have our certified organic ground beef available this year. There will be no orders for cuts. Our ground beef will be ready for ranch pickup starting the second week of July.

And the news many of you have dreaded:

We are retiring after 26 years of cattle ranching and this will be our last year of production. We sincerely thank all of you who have been such faithful customers for so many years!

As many folks are inquiring, please be advised we will not have quarters, halves or whole beef available in 2026!

We will have our famous ground beef in 1.5 lb tubes.
