Onions are coming along nicely. Hard to tell in a photo, but this variety is already the size of a soft ball.

Hey everyone. A lot went on last year with our family and unfortunately had to take a year long break, which is hard with a small farm business, but we.are back this year. Looking forward to a new season and having fresh herbs and spices again this fall, including our most requested Minced Onions. We will also have Italian Seasoning, Chili Powder and Raspberry powder. Individual herbs we can package upon request, such as rosemary, sage and jalapeno powder. If supply is good we are hoping to create some new spicy blends and soup season packets. As always with our herbs and spices, there is norhing else added - no salt added - it's all from the farm.
We currently have some jams available and this fall we will have more, along with dilly beans and our signature spicy pickles.

Picked our Softneck (spring planted) garlic 🧄 yesterday. Ran it through a cheese grinder and now on the dehydrator to eventually be grounded into yummy garlic powder.

Hardneck (planted last fall) will be ready to be picked soon too. We planted over 500 cloves that will become a combination of stored garlic for our use all year, some for replanting in the fall and the rest will become garlic powder and go into various spice blends.
