Hey PBS friends!! Back at it tomorrow afternoon with our smash burger menu at 5! We’ve added mac n cheese as a permanent side or you can get a bowl with your choice of smoked meat for $10 with pork belly or pulled pork or $11 for brisket mac n cheese bowls! And don’t forget about the tacos we do a couple ways and they’re definitely tasty! We appreciate your support and all the positive feedback

Guys we haven’t had a day off since May!! Tom was in Phoenix and wanted to share some of his adventure of course he had to check out the local BBQ- I got to spend the whole weekend with my daughter, which included a trip to Cedar Point and then cake and ice cream for her 7th birthday tomorrow. We’ll be back at it next Thursday with our smash burgers, then our full menu Friday we’ll be adding a couple sides soon, we hope you’ll love them. Stay tuned PBS Friends

Hey PBS friends we’re going to try and bring these bad boys back this weekend Sour Sweet Brisket sliders- brisket with my homemade sweet slaw and white sauce on a sour dough slider bun 🤤🤤

And don’t forget we have $13 Thursdays featuring our smash burgers, smoked sausages, and hot dogs- if we’re going to be there smoking might as well try and get you hooked on these smash burgers 🤣🤣

Also, I’m going to keep serving on Sundays if we have smoked meats or not. You guys seem to be loving the smash burgers as much as the brisket 👀 👀 we buy our beef fresh daily for our smash burgers and you just can’t beat that fresh flavor😎
