Did you know that, amongst other benefits, dandelion is an ally for your liver, and it will ease allergy symptoms? We often focus on segments of our health rather than the whole. When our system is overwhelmed by allergens and the liver cannot keep up, it produces histamines. That is when many rush off to buy a sinus decongestant, which may help momentarily but does not address the issue. A cup of dandelion root or leaf tea will bring about relief.
