🍳 RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Southern Fried Cabbage with Bacon! 🥓

A simple, old-fashioned comfort food that’s full of flavor!

Ingredients:

* 1 medium head of fresh cabbage, chopped
* 6 slices of bacon, chopped
* 1 small onion, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons butter
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Directions:

1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
2. Add diced onion and sauté until tender.
3. Stir in garlic and butter.
4. Add chopped cabbage, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
5. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
6. Stir the crispy bacon back in and enjoy!

😋 Serving suggestion: Pair it with pork chops, smoked sausage, or a hearty Sunday dinner!
