Help us make a little wedding magic at Whispering Hills!
Markus and I are finding we are getting a lot of wedding related bookings lately. This weekend, we are hosting the mother of the bride. We thought a fresh cut bouquet from the garden would be a nice little touch and so I cut some before the rain became steady. (Yes! We still have zinnias and marigolds sharing their beauty around here in Zone 7b in mid Oct. 🌺😍)
Also, because we know the bridal party will be coming over tomorrow morning to get ready for the big day, and it’s raining here all weekend in the foothills, we dropped off a box of extra umbrellas for the ladies. (Pumpkins are from the garden and the pine cones are from the woods 🌳🌲)
But, we have some pretty special guests headed our way and a fresh bouquet 💐 and a box of umbrellas 🌂 just won’t do the job this time. A couple is getting married next weekend and will be spending a few days celebrating their newlywed life here at Whispering Hills. ❤️
We’d love to do something thoughtful and a little unexpected to make their stay extra special, but we need YOUR creativity!
Have you ever done something unique or outside the box for a newly married couple? Or did someone do something special for you and your partner that you’ll never forget? We’d love to hear about it!
We’re steering away from food and alcohol since allergies, preferences, and personal vibes vary. We’re looking for those little touches, creative surprises, or meaningful gestures that make people feel truly celebrated. ✨
Sure, we could ask ChatGPT for ideas… but honestly, we think there’s something pretty special about the creativity and kindness of real people. 😉
So, friends, what have you got for us?! It’s the little things that make a difference and frankly, it’s just the Whispering Hills way. 💐
So please help us design our newlywed aesthetic. We need something thoughtful and unique so drop your ideas in the comments. Help us make this a stay these lovebirds (and others to come) will always remember! 🥂💚
