We are back from Naples, Italy with flour on our hands and fire in our hearts. 🇮🇹 We spent time training on Vera Pizza Napoletana refreshing our learning more about the art of Neapolitan pizza - the real way. Mixing, kneading, stretching, topping, and watching our pizzas go into that oven while the maestros shared generations of tradition and knowledge. Milo picked up new techniques he can’t wait to bring to our signature dough. The rest of the team now truly understand the craft behind every pie we serve.
