We currently have two Kunekune Sows available for sale on the hoof. 4/lb hanging weight estimated at 75lbs each. We’ll skin and half or quarter up for you to process or take to your local butcher. These are low PUFAs as they are pasture raised and are not fed corn or soy. No hormones or antibiotics either.

We have 3/4 of a Grass fed cow available for purchase. Will process in the field you buy on site five/lb and either process yourself or take to your local butcher.

Got to help out on a local neighbors steer harvest and see how the big boys are done as well as get a good 75lbs of organ meat and another 110lbs of organs for freezing for treats for our chickens and pigs later. We’ll be splitting a steer with another family this year and have another if any one is interested?

Harvested a couple pigs this morning for customers. Though we encourage nose to tail sting many opt not to take the organs so we get a treat ourselves after some tough work! We’ve had a few people expressing interest in learning the process and expecting it. How many of you would consider it we offered the option to learn when we harvest? We’d teach you from kull to package. And then you’d have the option to also buy the meat you had a hand in preparation.
