Have you had a chance to try our golden raspberries? I think the flavor profile goes from apricot, to prosecco, to cotton candy in order of ripeness. The cotton candies are almost too ripe, but all stages are impressive. Our fruit gets its premium flavor from our dry farming technique. And the best part is the birds cannot tell when they’re ripe. They can see the color change on the dark fruits, but haven’t figured it out with the yellow ones. 😋💛 What do you taste when you snack on a golden raspberry?
