Late summer garden snack and high tunnel update 🍑🍎

It's 🤏 SO close to being ready for me to move in and get to planting

While I've been busy harvesting, baking, canning, and preserving, Zach has been putting BIG time hours into getting this thing done for me and I could not be more appreciative and thrilled at how it's turning out 🤩

What should I plant first??

100% of the credit goes to my husband Zach, who was out here every evening in the suffocating smoke last week, and in the beating sun all weekend, grading, bringing in soil & gravel (so stoked to have a dedicated seed starting and potting area!!!), and getting the poles & bottom boards in.

This thing is sturdy enough to handle even our worst winters with flying colors

So excited to be able to expand my growing space and extend our season so I'll have lots of produce to stock in the farmstand next year ❤️
