The beginning of summer is only a few short weeks away and the long weekend is just around the corner. Hot southern summers call for picnics by the lake or beach or even in your back yard and what better way to have a picnic, than with a charcuterie box especially curated with international meats & cheeses and local fruit. Entertaining is simple with these charcuterie boxes meant for 1, 2, 3, 4 or more.

Another yummy board for the books. This one is cheese heavy with sharp cheddar, Colby, a wedge of Parmesan, Apple Smoke Cheddar and Aged Gouda. The nuttiness of all the cheeses are accented by the sweet notes from the honey, fig preserves and fig crisps. This board is perfect with a nice bold Pinot.

Hi all I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything on here but we’ve been super busy building boxes of yummies. But here’s a peak at one of the smaller boxes up for grabs any time you want something to nibble on.....

Boy this past weekend was a busy one!!!!! Along with multiple of Medium Boxes I also made this custom box for a customer who wanted multiple cheeses. I was excited to use one of my favorite cheeses an Apple Wood Smoked Cheddar along with a honey chèvre, an aged Parmesan, Irish Sharp Cheddar and Colby cheese. I paired all the cheese with peppered pepperoni, prosciutto (both as is and wrapped in melon) and sweet fig crackers (instead of dried fruit). This board would go amazingly well with a bold red such as Cabernet franc or even a Sauvignon but it would go equally well with sweeter Riesling that would pick up the salty notes or the meats and cheese.

We had a busy weekend fulfilling orders and now we are getting ready for Valentines day weekend. We have a few more slots left so if you are interested in one of our Charcuterie boards send me a message and we will be happy to set you up. You could chose from one of our regular boards or order one of our Valentines Day inspired boards.
Our Valentines boards include sweet macarons and/or chocolate covered strawberries.

Another happy customer. This Charcuterie box is perfect for a mid week stay at home date. I mean who wouldn’t want spend your evening noshing on yummies, having a nice glass (or bottle no judgement here) of your favorite wine and watching Netflix with your partner in crime.
Chocolate covered strawberries were swapped for raspberry macarons and we fancied it up with some imported peppercorn encrusted pepperoni.

The “Brie Mine” is one of our new cheese boards inspired by Valentines Day of course. It’s priced at 40.00 and is a sweet and savory delight. Pair this with a sparkling wine or a full-bodied white wine like a Chardonnay or even a medium-bodied red like a Pinot Noir. Personally though I’d go for a sweet Riesling to bring out both the salty and sweet notes on the plate. As always we can work with you to build your own board.
