With recent foodborne illness outbreaks making headlines, we want our customers to know why you can feel confident choosing our microgreens.
Our microgreens are grown indoors in a controlled environment, reducing exposure to many of the risks associated with outdoor growing. We follow strict produce safety practices from seed to harvest, and we always wear gloves when harvesting fresh and while serving customers at the market.

We grow our crops without chemical pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or herbicides—just carefully tended, nutrient-rich microgreens grown with quality and freshness in mind.

We are a first come first serve vendor unless you message us a day or two in advance.

Recently, folks are showing up expecting a tray ready for them and we had no notice. We will gladly hold a tray at market for you if you reach out in advance.

From garden to garnish. It is always a delight providing chef Kelly DeLaire with our microgreens and flowers. This was one of my favorite early morning harvests. The colors are always so vibrant in our zinnias and cosmos.

We are ready to see you this weekend and every week! Starting Saturday off at 8am at market.

We always harvest our microgreens right in front of you at the Raleigh state farmers market.

Our microgreens are grown from non gmo and organic seeds.
NO pesticides.
NO fertilizers.
Only filtered water in our operation.
