Sanford Farmers' Market

Sanford Farmers' Market Our market season is April 4 - November 21 this year. The 2022 market season will run from Saturday, April 23 to November 12. We are open 8:30am - 12:00 pm.

We are a producers' only farmers' market hosting weekly markets on Wednesdays 4-7pm and Saturdays 8:30am-12pm at the Ag Marketplace (157 Charlotte Ave) in downtown Sanford NC! We are in the same location as last year (115 Chatham Street, the parking lot of the Buggy Factory) situated in the heart of Downtown Sanford near Depot Park. Come visit and see what we have going on, there will always be new things to see and do at the market!

It was a BUSY market day!! Y'all showed up despite the toasty temps!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the market this morning and supported our local farmers, food businesses, and craft artisans today!! We enjoyed seeing everyone and sweating together!! And we had many lucky winners go home with free entry tickets to the upcoming Sanford Lions Club - Lee Regional Fair opening September 16th! Here are some of our favorite photos from this morning!

And as a reminder, although we have wrapped up our Wednesday summer markets, our Saturday morning markets are going strong until November 21st! Hopefully some cooler fall markets will be here soon!

🎁VENDOR APPLICATION OPEN FOR HOLIDAY ARTISAN MARKET!! ❄️

We are now accepting vendors for our FINAL market of the year, our Holiday Artisan Market special event! We are looking for additional local craft artisans and food producers to join us November 21st in celebrating the end of our market season and to get in the spirit for the upcoming end-of-year holiday season!

We are also looking for food trucks to give us some great brunch foods to enjoy during the market! 🚚 🍽

Please note that, like our farmers' market vendors, you must produce all products your plan to sell at this event. No resale is allowed.

We will be wrapping up our 2026 Wednesday market series THIS WEEK on September 2nd!

THANK YOU for all the support and coming out to see us this second market day, despite the intense heat this summer!! We have enjoyed hosting these midweek markets over the summer and we look forward to bringing back Wednesday markets bigger and better in 2027!

For this FINAL Wednesday market, we will have a great showing of our farmers' market vendors along with a food truck and games for the whole family to enjoy!
