As an avid gardener I do not use any toxic chemicals only organic methods in my gardening and also use only NON GMO seed. I grow most of the herbs and peppers used in my vinegar's and use only the finest red or white wine vinegar. NFUSED VINEGAR'S:

Herbal vinegar's make excellent additions to marinades. Also great for dipping breads with olive oil with whatever flavor vinegar takes your fancy! The spicy ones also add a great kick to soups, chowders and chilies and sandwiches plus don’t forget the Bloody Mary’s! Also mustard greens & collard greens and even spinach or kale! It can even be used to season kale chips. Additionally, infusing vinegar's can give you a way to retain out-of-season-ingredient flavors in your cooking. The majority of the herbs and peppers used in my vinegar's are out of my garden.
