Those who really know me, knows the following:

1. I love coffee
2. I love cinnamon rolls
3. I LOVE tiramisu
4. I love to give credit/shout out where it's due

Talking about giving credit, I remember back in the day, my cousin Natalie came to NY to visit me. Took her to Times Square and we went to this spot called Roxy and she ordered a tiramisu. I had NO idea what the heck that was, but I love trying new things, so I ordered it. From then on, I've LOVED tiramisu. Thanks to my cousin, and I love you for this.

So, this brings me to this. I've been wanted a tiramisu for so long and a cinnamon roll as well (big back cravings) lol.

I can finally be happy knowing I won't need to purchase boxed lasagna from the store. I've had this attachment for dumb long and its finally coming to use.
I've ALWAYS wanted to make spinach lasagna sheets. The meat? An African-spiced chuck roast.
Took it a step further to make my own Ricotta cheese and honestly, it's real easy to make .
So why not take it even further. Let's put some Caribbean flavored zeppole and garlic bread while I'm at it.

Ughhhh. Luna my boo.
I was scrolling thru my pics and saw your pictures. Ooooo chile, A TIME WAS HAD WITH YOU. you sure gave me a run for my money honey.
I volunteered to foster because so many abandoned dogs needed a loving home until they get adopted. My first time fostering and I thought I was way over my head. She really did teach me patience. We taught each other patience. I really did feel the love for ole girl.
Trust, I do NOT like the beach. How did she get me to bring her to a doggy beach, lol. Idk ya'll, I guess dogs have you do things you'd never thought you'd do.
Due to circumstances, she couldn't be fostered anymore, and could only be placed for adoption (not going to get into details so don't ask).
I do miss you though.

Sooooooooooooooo.......

Here's the thing.....

These biscoff cinnamon rolls WERE supposed to be made yesterday; HOWEVER, my behind didn't have any yeast. Dumb right!!!!!!!
Sooooo, I made these today.

Homemade, fresh out of the oven Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls with a Cream cheese Biscoff Icing.
Straight 10/10.
