Buckaboo Farm Buckaboo Farm started a few years ago, when my boys and I decided to go to a feed store to "learn" about baby chicks. NPIP

We came home with 6 and it's been nothing but chicken math since! We specialize in blue/green eggs, silkies, and d'Uccle chickens! For the olive eggers we have combined genetics from breeders across the country to offer you various beautiful egg and feather colors! For the silkies we are working hard to bring you a variety of unique feathering patterns and colors, and as much fluff as possible in these sweet chickens.

Can we take a moment to appreciate this best boy Dody? His main job is to tell me if I need sugar or insulin. He not only saves my life, but gives me a lot more freedom by telling me about sugar issues way before they become dangerous…it means I usually don’t have to drop what I’m doing to manage my levels bc the fix isn’t as time sensitive. In the video he’s reminding me to take insulin with breakfast, because I had forgotten and my levels were rising. Other than keeping me safe he also enjoys protecting the chicken yard from hawks and coyotes with his great pyr sister. Also snuggles and fetch are his favorite activities 💖💖💖. He’s the BEST!
