Explore the complex and captivating varietals of Bordeaux with our resident Sommelier, Stephen Goularte (recently back from Bordeaux!). Expect several wines from Happy Canyon, with some international surprises popping up. Recently back from Bordeaux, our resident Sommelier, Stephen Goularte, will take you on a deep dive into soils, climate, terroir, and other expressions that uniquely define each region.
