Pink Lemonade Sage Smash

This cocktail features rich honey and lemon flavors, with a nice hint of sage but plenty of space for the Añejo tequila flavors.

Combine 4 slices lemon, we used Pink Lemonade lemons from , muddle well, add 3 sage leaves and muddle gently until broken up. Top with 2 oz Añejo tequila, 3/4 oz honey syrup and a squeeze of lemon juice. Shake well for 30 seconds! Pour over ice and garnish with lemon and sage. Cheers!

This weeks first round of pre-dinner cocktails starts with the Rosita! Astringent with Negroni like flavors, bittersweet, reposado based with a zest of lemon!

Directions!
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled glass

Tequila Boulevardier a little taste of Italy infused with Smokey Firebreak Añejo tequila!

Ingredients
2 oz. aged tequila, l Firebreak Añejo
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz. Aperol
1⁄2 oz. Campari
2 dashes bitters

Instructions

STEP 1

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, snap a twist of lemon over the drink to release the oils, twist, and use to garnish the cocktail. Serve up or over ice!
