Meet our cellar worker, Miguel Gonzalez—always smiling and never one to pass up a great Mosel-style Riesling. When the opportunity came along to source some exceptional Riesling grapes after a few years away from making the varietal, Miguel jumped in with both feet. From vineyard visits and harvest decisions to crushing, fermenting, and bottling, he played a hands-on role every step of the way. The result? Dr. Gonzales Riesling, a wine he’s incredibly proud of, showcasing vibrant acidity, chalky minerality, and just the right touch of off-dry character. If you haven’t tried it yet, we’re currently pouring it in our Classic Flight—and it’s tasting absolutely fantastic.
