Steal this meal idea! Find us at this Saturday from 8:30am-1pm and this Sunday from 9am-2pm ☀️🌱

📸: pasture-raised jammy eggs on a bed of our arugula microgreens, on sourdough toast + topped with “everything but the bagel” seasoning 🧂

➡️ would also be great with our broccoli microgreens, which have a super subtle taste

Thanks to one of our fav chefs for spoiling us! Chef Miguel surprised us with a special box of sushi to keep us fed during our deliveries 🍣🍱😍🥹 you can even see one of our pea tendrils if you swipe! Ramal and I had a little picnic at the park during sunset, 10/10 would deliver to Chef Miguel again

Hey, Ramal here! I wanted to show you how we grow our microgreens to keep them as fresh, nutritious, high-quality, and sustainable as possible 🌱

1️⃣ We use vertical gardening techniques and recirculating water to make sure that we’re preserving water and land! Conventional agriculture is one of the main drivers of habitat loss and environmental degradation. Not to mention, conventional ag is the greatest consumer of water. We want to be a part of the change we want to see in the world 🌎

2️⃣ Yes, vertical farming means energy use - but we’re powered by solar energy ☀️

3️⃣ Every microgreen variety has different needs! We really take the time to understand each variety. We put in the extra effort to ensure that you receive healthy, happy, pampered greens! 🥦

4️⃣ Our growing methods result in bigger, healthier, and more nutritious microgreens! Plus, everything we use is organic and free of synthetic chemicals. We even use filtered water that’s safe to drink💧

5️⃣ We get our microgreens into your hands within 24 hrs of harvest, so you can experience true freshness!
